Shipping and Returns
We aim to eagerly ship out your order so that you receive it as soon as possible. However, while our items are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 to7 business days* for your item to be processed and shipped.
*Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays.
Shipping time varies. We will be sure to send you a tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays once we ship the package.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason the package is returned to us or needs to be reshipped, it is the buyers responsibility to cover reshipment fees.
Due to the nature of being a handmade, made-to-order business, please keep in mind your item may have some variation.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your product upon receiving, please reach out via the "Contact" feature or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work together to figure out the best solution in this case.
